The Egyptian Revival era of jewellery took place during the Art Deco period, when Tutankhamun's Tomb was discovered. This piece, a charming Egyptian Revival Moses basket charm crafted in silver. The front is finished in fine enamel detailing, depicting a camel and it's owner sat on a sandy beach, with a blue and green triangular border. It's hinged down one side and opens to reveal baby Moses (in 15k gold), which can be taken out of the basket. The back features blue and white enamel details with a carved panel on the back. It dates from the Art Deco period, circa 1920.
