DATE: Victorian, c.1890

This incredibly pretty pair of antique cluster earrings date from the late Victorian period. Curved marquise in shape, each are set with three graduated central rubies, surrounded by a cluster of sparkling rose cut diamonds, accentuating the intense pinky/red of the rubies. The rose cuts are bright and white, and the stones are set in 18k yellow gold with a finely pierced gallery and stud backs.
