DATE: Victorian, c.1900
A cool antique round pendant featuring an expertly hand-chased HMS Victory inside. It's double sided, and looks great worn alone or as part of a collection. It's modelled in 9 karat gold, and dates from circa 1900.
The HMS Victorian is a 104 gun ship of the line, launched in 1765 and made famous as it was Lord Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar. Incredibly it remains in commission today; it's been the flagship of the First Sea Lord since October 2012 and is the world's oldest naval ship still in commission with over 240 years of service.
