A gorgeous Edwardian era pendant, set with a 7.5ct amethyst heart, mounted in 18k gold. The stone displays a lovely purple hue, paired beautifully with a halo of old cut diamonds, in fine platinum millegrain. The piece remains with its original bail, and comes complete with a gold chain.
