DATE: Art Deco, c. 1920

Gorgeous Art Deco black opal solitaire ring in 15 karat gold. The stone displays excellent play-of-colour throughout the visible spectrum, with bright vibrant colourful flashes over a pale blue body. It's secured in place with eight claws and bears partial English hallmarks to the inner band.
