DATE: Art Deco, c.1935

This beautiful boxed Art Deco cluster ring is set with a gorgeous central sapphire, surrounded by two diamond set square halos. The sapphire, 0.90 carats in weight displaying a lovely royal blue colour, a gorgeous contrast to the icy white old cut diamonds (approx. 0.50ct total). Its crafted in platinum throughout, with a lovely open worked gallery and a fine engraving of the date 23.12.35... Perhaps this was once an engagement ring, anniversary present or gift! Comes complete with the original antique box.
