DATE: Victorian, c.1850

A high quality antique wedding band, dating from the Victorian period, circa 1850. It's modelled in rich 18 karat gold, slim and flat-edged and it features makers marks to the inner band- WC for Edinburgh goldsmiths, William Crouch & Son and "ABD", revealing it was assayed in Aberdeen. Its very unusual to see this, especially in older pieces. Perfect for a wedding band.
