DATE: Vintage, 1970s

A cool vintage Cartier "Double C" ring modelled in three-tone 18k gold (yellow, white, rose) and set with diamonds. It dates from the late 1970s, signed to the inner band Cartier 750 with serial number. It's a timeless design; particularly good quality, and much more delicate than many of the later examples of the style.
