This Art Nouveau brooch is French made and dates to circa 1900. Circular in shape, it features a portrait of a lady, with a gorgeous rose cut diamond necklace and earrings to match. Her hair, tucked into a bonnet, tied with the ribbon falling down the back of her neck. It features French marks for 18k gold and dates to circa 1900.
