This fantastic hand charm holder has a secret moving mechanism, whereby the "wrist" is screwed and unscrewed, revealing an opening between the thumb and fingers. This allows you to add your charms and pendants, as if the hand is grasping onto them. Quite cool really, and it's crafted in 15k gold throughout, with gorgeous blue enamel and contrasting rubies at the wrist. Comes complete with a gold bail, to attach to your necklace or chain, and is in great condition.
