DATE: Victorian, c.1880

A cool and attractive Victorian 5-stone half hoop ring, set with vibrant oval turquoise cabochons. Graduated in size across the exaggerated head they're set within fine claw settings with rose cut diamonds nestled in-between. The diamonds display a lovely sparkle in contrast to the claws, which a formed from the lovely open worked gallery below. The head covers the entire finger, and rest lovely against it and it's crafted in 18 karat yellow gold throughout. Dates to the Victorian period, circa 1880.
