DATE: Edwardian, c.1910

Stunning antique heart pendant set with an array of diamonds in swirling openwork mounts around a central blue sapphire. Offered in it's original fitted presentation box, it's a marvel of design and execution crafted in platinum over 15k yellow gold. Complete with original diamond-set bail (detachable) and fittings for wear as a brooch. English, circa 1910.
