DATE: Victorian, c.1890

This elegant antique 5-stone half hoop ring is set with gorgeous and chunky old mine cut diamonds, approx. 1.2ct total. It's modelled in rich 15k gold throughout, and features a lovely carved gallery, with scroll motifs that continue up to form the claws that hold the stones in place, displaying their sparkle and brightness. The details travel along the shoulders, and it dates from the Victorian period, circa 1890.
