DATE: Edwardian, c.1910

A stunning antique "Picture Frame" ring, dating from the Edwardian period, circa 1910 and set with a gorgeous green emerald within a diamond-set border. Modelled in platinum, the head features fine milegrain detailing, leading to the 18 karat yellow gold band. It's set with around 1.4 carats of old cut diamonds, and the natural emerald displays a vivd and vibrant colour colour of green. It remains in lovely antique condition - a slightly different take on the classic oval/ round diamond cluster.
