DATE: Victorian, c.1890

A quality Victorian 5-stone half hoop ring, set with alternating Burma rubies and old cut diamonds. Modelled in buttery 18 karat gold throughout, the two rubies (0.76ct total) are set in between each old cut stone, displaying an intense classic ruby red- a perfect combination. The diamonds are chunky and sparkly, with a total weight of 1.18 carats, while charming rose cuts are nestled in between. It features a carved gallery, leading up to where the stones rest in place, and also spilling deeply onto the shoulders.
