This stunning antique ring is a masterclass in openwork and millegrain detail, and it dates from the Edwardian period, circa 1910. Centre stage is a natural oval sapphire, 0.44 carats, that appears to be floating in the centre of a charming rose cut diamond set panel- that glistens softly against the platinum millegrain settings. The head rests North/South along the finger, and it features an open worked gallery, with pretty pinched shoulders. that runs along the band. Crafted in platinum throughout.
