DATE: Georgian, c.1790

A cool antique ring dating from the Georgian period, circa 1790. It's set with a gorgeous flat cut garnet, foil backed which reflects the light back through it displaying a lovely deep red colour. It's flanked by three rose cut diamonds at either side, that rest in silver settings with an unusual gallery and shoulders. Band is crafted in 15k gold.
